Century Mirai Completion Date

Century Mirai's completion date is 30th October 2030 and will take 5 years to get completed. The venture's construction started on 1st October 2025, and currently, its boundary walls and entrance gates are built. It's a RERA and BBMP-approved site with RERA ID PR/181025/008182.

Century Mirai is a classic apartment township located in Marathahalli, East Bangalore and is a Century Group project. It spans over 14.99 acres of land and features 475 plots.
