Century Mirai's completion date is 30th October 2030 and will take 5 years to get completed. The venture's construction started on 1st October 2025, and currently, its boundary walls and entrance gates are built. It's a RERA and BBMP-approved site with RERA ID PR/181025/008182.

Century Mirai is a classic apartment township located in Marathahalli, East Bangalore and is a Century Group project. It spans over 14.99 acres of land and features 475 plots. The flats are featured in 2, 3, and 4 BHK sizes, and their SBA ranges between 1375 sq. ft. and 3115 sq. ft. Once the township is completed, certain authorities grant legal documents that show the site is officially ready. These documents are to be obtained by the builder. The two most important documents are the OC (occupancy certificate) and the CC (completion certificate).

The CC is granted when the property is built as per set regulations that include the height of the towers, apartment size, etc. This document is a very important document, but it is not useful till OC is received. These documents approve a site to begin selling to the general public.

  1. It helps in showing an exact time frame in which the construction will be done. Once the construction is over, buyers can start taking possession of their homes.
  2. In the dedicated time frame, buyers can collect their money and pay in instalments. This helps them to pay in small amounts without bearing the burden of paying altogether.
  3. Helps builders to complete the property's construction work within a set time period. This does not increase the cost of development, labour charges, and also ensures buyers are satisfied.
  4. Till this date, buyers can also start planning the interior of their homes. They can do the furniture and other required things to set up their homes for use.

The beginning and finishing dates are mentioned on the RERA website, which gives all the details. Builders have to follow the set rules as per RERA and hand over the units within the set time. Launched by the top builder, the units will be handed over in its set time. Buyers can invest here freely.
